Processing Time
We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding Irish Bank Holidays. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 10:00 AM (Irish time) the same working day; orders placed after this time are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Ennistymon, County Clare, Ireland via An Post Tracked (or an equivalent tracked service).

• Ireland (Domestic): 1–4 working days after dispatch. €5.95 (Free over €75)
• European Union (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands): 5–12 working days after dispatch. €16 (orders up to 20kg)
• United Kingdom: 5–10 working days after dispatch. €16 (orders up to 20kg)
• International (Australia, Canada, United States): 7–21 working days after dispatch. €25 (0–2kg) / €65 (2.001–5kg)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size. Delivery times are estimates.

Customs & Duties
• EU destinations (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands): No customs duties apply.
• United Kingdom and International destinations (Australia, Canada, United States): import duties/VAT may be payable on delivery (varies by country).

Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 7 days. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method; depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear.
